Acendre Recruitment uses global questions as a key building block of the system. These questions can be created to store any list of data required for selection on an application form, requisition or job. With an API integration these values can be synchronized to lists in other systems to ensure consistency and allow for seamless integration. For example, a long list of org unit codes can be sent in from a HRIS to update automatically. This removes the need to manually maintain these lists and allows data being sent back into the HRIS to align to the correct org codes.
