We’re excited to be participating in the 2017 Australasian Talent Conference later this month in Sydney.

Hosted by ATC Events and Media, this is the 11th annual occurrence of this conference, and is the largest event for corporate talent managers, HR directors and recruiters in the southern hemisphere. 

This year’s theme is Recruitment Rewired, with a focus on automation, the human recruiter and the talent economy.  A strong talent function is critical to the success of any organisation, but with the shift of work from permanent to gig, local to global and manual to automated, what does the new world of work actually look like and as recruiters; where do we fit in? There are three forces dominating the talent conversation and the 11th Annual Australasian Talent Conference (ATC) 2017 is going to explore all of them.
