Another Best Federal Talent Management Award for NGA.NET

The Human Capital Management for Government Training Series brings together key stakeholders from throughout the Federal and Defense HR Community to discuss best practices for managing human capital, improving efficiency and advancing innovation. Launched in 2006, the series of events has evolved into the meeting place for strategic-level policy makers and operational-level HR managers, and often serves as the catalyst for new initiatives.

It seems that whenever and wherever best talent management systems and technology innovation come together, NGA.NET is also there. And this year is no different, with the 8th annual HCMG awards. For 2014, NGA.NET has taken home 2nd-place in the Best Implementation of an Enterprise Technology System category for our implementation of our eRecruit talent acquisition system across all of the US Department of Agriculture’s agencies.

We have worked closely with the USDA to deliver a robust system that is driving agency efficiencies and recruitment improvements, leading to reduced costs, faster assessments and faster time-to-hire for USDA job applicants.

We’re proud to receive this recognition, which is further validation of our ability to meet the unique needs and specifications of federal agencies.
