The latest release of our eRecruit talent acquisition solution is now available to our customers.

As always, we continue to listen to our users as we move our products forward. Our goal is to ensure we deliver the most innovative, user-friendly, flexible and configurable tools available for the federal market, in order that federal agencies can achieve their missions. We accomplish this with ongoing releases.

This latest release includes several enhancements to make the system even easier to use, allowing HR specialists as well as hiring managers the ability to save time and do their jobs better and more efficiently. Highlights include:

• A more robust PDF Packaging tool to improve working with candidates
• Improved dashboard functionality to improve navigation and productivity, while speeding the time users can access jobs in the system
• Enhancements to Online Reference Checks through increased automation and reducing the time required to contact references
• Enhancements to Candidate Assessments to enhance productivity
• Enhancements to the Quality Review Form to simplify processing the applicant pool.
