Thanks for a Wonderful Year of Talent Management
A time to reflect and a time of renewal… The end of the calendar year and the holidays are often a time for reflection and appreciation of the past year as well as a look ahead to the coming year. As I thought about this for Acendre, I realized how much was accomplished in 2014 and how much we are looking forward to in 2015.
2014 saw ongoing enhancements to our talent management solutions, culminating with brand new user interfaces for our eRecruit talent acquisition and recruitment solution and our ePerform performance management and succession planning solution. With a common look and feel across our single platform, we now deliver an integrated talent management solution that our users have been very excited and pleased about.
We also received numerous accolades and awards from industry publications and analysts. These include awards in categories such as Best Implementation of an Enterprise Technology System, Most Innovative Recruitment Program and Public Sector Innovation Award. We were also excited to be included in Gartner’s annual report on Talent Management Suites for the first time, further recognition of our growing reputation as a leader in the talent management field.
In addition, we continued to add new customers throughout the year. This has led to the addition of new employees in all our offices, with our U.S. office especially growing as our U.S. federal business experiences rapid growth.
We greatly appreciate the hundreds of organizations around the world that have entrusted us for their talent management needs for many years as well as our newest users who joined us in 2014. We do not take this trust lightly and look to build on our relationships in 2015 and beyond. We have exciting plans as our solutions continue to evolve, and look forward to working with you to help your talent management challenges.
I hope you have a great holiday season and a happy new year.
