Prior to joining Acendre, Miranda served as Senior Director of Federal Sales at Cornerstone OnDemand, where she conceived and executed a strategic approach for the public sector resulting in multi-million dollar revenue growth and grew the sales force from 0 to double digits. In this role, she was responsible for the overall development and execution of all public sector programs in the areas of human capital strategy, succession planning, performance management, learning, social collaboration and talent management. Earlier in her career, she served as Regional Sales Manager, Public Sector at Taleo.
