NGA.NET Expands to Address Growing Analytics-Driven Talent Management Demand for Federal Government



New Talent Analytics Consultant, Marketing Director and Director of IT Infrastructure Added to Support North American Growth and Customer Requirements

NGA.NET a leader in talent management and talent acquisition software, today announced the continued expansion of the North American Public Sector team with the addition of Nick Caligiuri as Talent Analytics Consultant, Jamie Okonak as North American Marketing Director, and Aleksandr Tulchinskiy as Director of IT Infrastructure for the region. With these additions, the company addresses the increasing public sector demand for talent management solutions in the face of growing workforce retirements, stringent budgets, and the need to identify and recruit marquee job candidates.

In his role as Talent Analytics Consultant, Nick Caligiuri is tasked with developing, implementing and managing people analytics solutions in the US, while ensuring the capability development of the business within NGA.NET People Analytics. Prior to joining NGA.NET, Caligiuri supported the Naval Sea Systems Command for over four years, where he was the lead analyst for the Corporate Operations Workforce Analytics team.

Jamie Okonak joins NGA.NET as North American Marketing Director to increase customer satisfaction and lead brand awareness, while generating demand for the company’s talent management solutions. Previously, Okonak was founder and CEO of O-volution Marketing Solutions where he assisted clients in operations, business development, sales and marketing. He has also held marketing positions at Social Solutions, Tandberg (acquired by Cisco) and Microsoft reseller Brittenford Systems.

As Director of IT Infrastructure for the U.S. Region, Aleksandr Tulchinskiy joins the NGA.NET team after gaining more than 15 years of experience with Lockheed Martin, where he most recently served as Chief Engineer of Federal Trade Commission Sentinel Network Services. At Acendre, Tulchinskiy will work with the global teams to oversee IT processes, system performance and capacity management, as the company continues to grow.
