With this new capability, federal HR professionals can more effectively place candidates in open positions by automating the results of the review and rating process.

In the past, HR professionals were limited to manually documenting their quality review findings on paper rating sheets and applicant lists, then later transferring these findings back into the applicant pool against each reviewed applicant in the talent acquisition system. With the Quality Review Form, federal HR teams validate an applicant’s request for consideration for each series and grade, while seamlessly conducting preference verification and consideration methods from a single online form that automates results back into the applicant pool.

As a result, HR can easily filter the applicant pool on any of the quality review findings and display a list of applicants with the best qualifications to perform the duties of the position.

  • Eligibility for special hiring authorities (e.g. Veterans Recruitment Appointment (VRA), Schedule A)
  • Types of certificates or lists for which an applicant is eligible
