OMB Federal Performance Management Checklist
If your agency is striving to meet the goals and requirements of the OMB’s April 12, 2017 Memo (M-17-22), including maximizing employee performance, make sure that any tool or solution you are considering to help meet these requirements has the robust capabilities outlined in this checklist.
Without a tool that encompasses this entire set of capabilities, you’ll severely limit your agency’s ability to improve your employees’ performance, engagement, retention and your agency’s overall workforce performance, while wasting productivity and money. Furthermore, it will be difficult or impossible to meet OMB’s new performance and workforce requirements.
