The Activity Scheduler allows federal HR Specialists, staff and hiring managers to interact directly and securely with job candidates through Acendre Recruitment’s Candidate Portal to manage and schedule hiring-related activities such as interviews and assessment procedures.

The new capabilities eliminate the cumbersome, expensive and time-consuming activities associated with agencies communicating with and negotiating with candidates regarding the scheduling of job interviews and assessment activities. Typically, problems occur and time is wasted because the hiring process requires coordination between HR, the interviewer and the candidate. These problems are exacerbated due to the use of multiple systems and multiple candidate bookings.

Now agencies and their candidates have access to the scheduler, where dates, times and activities can be scheduled and viewed. Invitations to candidates from an applicant pool, candidate list or certificate can be easily sent online. Candidates access their portion of the activity scheduler by logging in through USAJOBS
